Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, Simabrew is by appointment only. We offer a highly personalized one-on one bridal design consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss your dream gown with Simabrew, view and feel different fabrics. At the end of your consultation, Simabrew will design a gown based on your likes and wants.

How long is the appointment?
Our bridal consultations are scheduled for 1 hour or if think that you will need more time, please let us know at the time of booking and we may accommodate if available.
Please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment as we are usually booked out and you will shorten your consultation time if you arrive late.
Please also be aware that arriving too early is not advised as there is likely to be a client scheduled before your appointment time and appointments are booked exclusively for one bride at a time.
How many people should I bring to my appointment?
We believe that your bridal consultation or fittings should be a relaxed and intimate occasion. We recommend you bring no more than 2 guests with you. Choose your nearest and dearest, perhaps a trusted family member and/or a close friend.
NB: Too many opinions can be confusing for the bride and overwhelming at times.
What should I wear to my fitting appointment?
We recommend that you wear nude underwear, bring along any shape-wear and your wedding shoes to your fitting appointment.
I am out of town or overseas, How do I go about the appointment?
Simabrew understands how inconvenience distance can be at times. For this reason we have an Online consultation suite for client out of town/ Country. Click the button below to book an appointment.

Where are your dresses made?
Our beautiful wedding dresses are hand-made in our private studio and our exquisite laces and silks are sourced from around the world.
How long before my wedding do you start making my dress?
We will start making your gown 3-5 months before your wedding date depending on how intricate your gown is. Occasionally, we can do rush jobs with an additional fee, but it depends on the type of gown and our schedule.

Do you accept Fabric for Wedding gowns?
No, Simabrew does not in anyway accept fabrics for wedding gown.
How should I store my Simabrew gown?
We recommend hanging your dress correctly, by the hang tape sewn from the bust or waist, and storing your dress in a safe place, off the floor and away from direct sunlight. To avoid any snags or pulls in the fabric, we recommend storing your dress in the complementary garment bag that you will receive with purchase.
What are your terms?
All sales are final. No refunds. We do not offer returns, exchanges.
Simabrew only make alterations to gowns sown by the company before your event..
